RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide products of the highest quality. However, due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our product, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for the playdough set.

Playdough sets are sensitive to handling, and once the packaging is opened, we cannot guarantee that the product has not been touched or used. Ensuring the safety and hygiene of our customers is our top priority, and we take quality control seriously.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns before making a purchase. We are dedicated to assisting you in selecting the right products to meet your needs.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

Please note that if a return is accepted, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
